Totally agree! I lost my keys so have been trying to get in touch for the past week with no response. Finally got the chance to go there in person to check and was told by the bouncer I had to wait outside in the rain while he asked the manager as I wasn't coming in for a drink. He came back and said the manager was too busy to check. I eventually persuaded him to let me go and speak to the manager but was warned 'You don't wanna piss him off by wasting his time with it', I was shocked to be spoken to like this but the worst was to come. Before I had chance to open my mouth the manager said 'I don't have a clue mate', by this point I was a bit annoyed and said cheers for the great customer service anyway, to which the manager's response was "Why don't you fuck off then!". I really hope this place fails and would not recommend anybody stepping foot near hear. If they cannot do the basics of helping out a customer is trying to find their keys then that's one thing, but to be so rude is just odd!
