Terrible service - manager (Alex) swore at me when I complained about the frozen falafel in my falafel salad: "first of all don't speak to me like that as it will piss me off.' He was intimidating and nasty, and refused to take my meal of the bill when I said I no longer wanted it as all my peers had finished eating by the time they had sent me an edible salad.
