Used the New Queen for a family celebration on a Saturday Lunchtime. Was pleasantly surprised that we could book a table as so often its a case of just turn up. As we were 11 adults 3 children and 2 babies I expected some issues.
These did not occur and from arrival the staff could not have been more helpful; from bring drinks orders out to the garden to taking orders at the table.
The food when it came was hot and reasonable sized portions. Despite being a large party all the food came together and without a long wait despite the place being quite busy.
I would certainly go there again as the final Bill was certainly less than I expected for such a large party.
