Awful, awful experience here last night. A large group arrived shortly after we did and although we'd already ordered our food apparently ours got held up behind their massive pizza order. The staff didn't explain the delay at all and when we complained after 40 minutes the woman who runs it was extremely rude to us. She actually told us the food would come soon, walked away to help someone else and then came BACK to have a go at us - yelling about how busy they were and it wasn't their fault it was taking so long! All for politely asking what the delay was! When the food arrived it was mediocre at best. I've had much, much better pizza elsewhere. To top it off, they had the cheek to add service charge to the bill - pay for being yelled at by the manageress? I don't think so. Shocking restaurant. Avoid at all costs.
