Brasserie Blanc Charlotte Street, part of the group of authentic, all-day French brasseries by Raymond Blanc, has recently been refurbished with a new-look dining room downstairs and a chill-out space upstairs called The Club House with sink-into seating, chic coffee tables and a beautiful bar -- ideal for work or play, from brisk breakfast meets and power lunches to caffeine fixes and cocktail hours. Not only that, but the restaurant has also launched Les Classiques, a range of classic French dishes resurrected and renewed for modern-day diners, including the likes of fish soup, escargot, cheese soufflé, steak tartare and boeuf bourguignon, amongst others.
