With experience in kitchens of the calibre of The Criterion, The Square, Mirabelle, Nahm, Galoupet and Nobu Berkeley, Chris certainly knows what makes a good restaurant,

You might have heard just a little bit about Dabbous, the 'game-changing' restaurant from ex-Texture man, Ollie Dabbous. What you might not know, though, is that downstairs at Dabbous lies one of the capital's very finest bars, Oskar's Bar, hosted by very talented mixer of mixes, Oskar Kinberg. This skilled Swedish chap certainly knows his way around a liquor cabinet, but handily he knows his way around London too, so take a look at the spots he recommends... and his reasons why.

With a reputation as one of London's finest chefs, Theo Randall certainly knows his food. He's a big fan of Italian cuisine, especially those dishes that feature seasonal and simple rustic fare - the kind of dishes, in fact, that have made his eponymous restaurant at the Intercontinental Hotel such a huge hit.
